Instrument Introduction
The WDX-400 multi-channel X-ray fluorescence spectrometer can be configured with 10 fixed spectral channels to analyze 10 elements simultaneously. According to the user's application requirements, it can be configured with any ten elements from Na to U. The standard configuration includes ten elements: Na, Mg, Al, Si, S, Cl, K, Ca, Fe, P, or Ti (optional), making it an ideal choice for quality control in large and medium-sized enterprises.
Performance characteristics
